RG spent 30 years in aviation meeting people from around the world while observing how Major companies worked in various internal trades and professional corporate business successfully  under tremendous stress . In 1998 RG accepted a 3 month contract in Honolulu Hawaii to help organize a sale with a billion dollar company. During the three month involvement and  evaluation he noticed the great potential that was overlooked , poor contract support which he had immediately removed and accepted a permanent position with the company and remained 3 years . The company has currently kept its successful name into 2018 even though it has merged with an even larger company. He has a very unique way of analyzing business issues , always willing to put forth the many hours required . No excuses and never willing to accept them , he won't stop until the solution is resolved. Tracy Oswald is the VP of Drachenberg and has spent over  15 very busy years in the marketing field taking care of high profile clients whether it's a small business or a multi million dollar company.   She is an extremely hard worker helping others daily to fight obstacles that even some believe there is no light ahead. She is always thinking of better ways to make everyones life better .
